Declaration of Voluntary Provision of Personal Data and Their Processing

1. Processing is carried out on the basis of voluntary disclosure of personal data by the data subject (hereinafter referred to as the “Subject”), which are necessary for Neopharm Bulgaria Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as NEOPHARM) and are limited to: first and last name, phone number, and email address (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”).

2. The Subject consents to NEOPHARM processing their Personal Data for the purposes of communication in providing a written and/or oral response to a query submitted by the Subject regarding NEOPHARM’s products and/or activities.

3. The Subject is informed and understands that they have the right at any time to withdraw their consent for the processing of Personal Data or only specific parts thereof and to request their correction, deletion, or restriction of use.

4. The Subject is informed about all circumstances under Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EP and the Council of 27.04.2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), namely:

4.3. Recipients of the Personal Data are individuals authorized by the Data Controller to process the Personal Data under their supervision;
4.4. The retention periods for Personal Data depend on the type of data and the purposes for which they were collected. Different Personal Data will be retained for the periods stipulated by the respective laws governing the retention of data carriers.
