The composition of Neolipidra® Forte includes biologically active substances such as 14 different monacolins—HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors along with sterols, isoflavones, mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids, saturated fatty acids, and pigments.

When and how to take Neolipidra® Forte?

The dosage of Neolipidra® Forte is determined based on body weight, individual condition, and specific needs.
The recommended dose is 1 tablet taken in the evening.
The effectiveness of Neolipidra® Forte should be evaluated no earlier than 8 weeks after initiation of treatment.

Who should avoid taking Neolipidra® Forte?

Neolipidra® Forte is not recommended for individuals with:
• Hypersensitivity to any ingredients in the tablet, including potential sensitivity to yeast.
• Any signs of an allergic reaction; if this occurs, discontinue use.
• Pregnancy, pregnancy planning, or breastfeeding.
• For children under 18 and adults over 70.
• Ask a doctor about the consumption of this product in case of health problems.
• Those currently taking cholesterol-lowering medications.
• Individuals already using other products containing rice processed with red yeast.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use this product as a substitute for a balanced diet.

What should I tell my doctor before taking Neolipidra® Forte?

Tell your doctor if:
• You are taking any of the following medications:
- Cyclosporine
- Nefazodone
- Antifungal agents: itraconazole, ketoconazole
- Fibrates: gemfibrozil, bezafibrate, fenofibrate
- Antibiotics: erythromycin, clarithromycin
- Coumarin anticoagulants
- HIV protease inhibitors
- Antiarrhythmic drugs: amiodarone, verapamil, propranolol
- Digoxin
- Hypoglycemic agents: glipizide, chlorpropamide
- Large amounts of grapefruit juice (> 1.14 litres per day)
• You are suffering from a serious infection

• You have an organ transplant
• You have recently had surgery
• You use large amounts of alcohol

What are the potential side effects of Neolipidra® Forte?

In the recommended doses, no side effects from the use of the product are observed. However, transient gastrointestinal symptoms, such as heartburn (reflux), dry mouth, stomach bloating, gas, and vomiting, may occur in cases of overdose. These symptoms generally resolve quickly upon normalizing the dose. Neolipidra® Forte is usually well-tolerated, and any adverse effects are generally mild and transient.

Storage:

Store Neolipidra® Forte in its original packaging at temperatures up to 25°C, in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of young children. Do not use the product after its expiration date or if the packaging integrity is compromised.
